Entree Choices:
Grilled Bistro Tenderloin Tips
with a burgundy shallot demi glaze and
topped with crumbled blue cheese potato
and vegetables.
Pan Seared Haddock
served with potato and vegetables
Chicken Amaretto
almond and panko encrusted chicken breast
with amaretto butter potato and vegetables.
Vegetable Stir-Fry
seasonal vegetables in a spicy teriyaki
served over our rice pilaf.
