our version of a classic favorite-blended
cheeses and a pasta served casserole style
with a seasoned cracker crumb topping.

Homemade Meatloaf    14-
a seasoned combination of veal and
beef topped with a port wine sauce
served with potato and vegetable.

Half and Half    16-
half order of meatloaf and half order of
macaroni and cheese. served with vegetable.

Chicken Cordon Bleu    16-
hand-tenderized free-range chicken held
together with the perfect blend of black
forest ham and swiss cheese.

Grilled Chicken 86    16-
grilled free-range chicken, red peppers,
artichokes, spinach and squash with a
hint of lemon and some fresh mozzarella
served over pasta.

Chicken Marsala    18-
chicken tenderloins sautéed
with a domestic
mushroom melánge finished in a sweet
marsala. tossed with penne.

Filet Mignon    27-
10 oz. tenderloin cooked to order and
accompanied by sautéed shitake
mushrooms and onions in a marsala
sauce.

Porterhouse Au Pouvre    27-
16 oz. porterhouse peppercorn crusted
then pan seared to your liking. topped
with sautéed spinach, roasted peppers
and gorgonzola crumbles.

Shrimp & Scallop Scampi   20-
jumbo shrimp & scallops salted with tomatoes
then finished in a lemon garlic butter & white
wine sauce. served over pasta.

Pecan Encrusted Salmon    18-
honey dijon glaze with pecan and breadcrumb crust.

Baked Haddock    16-
filet of haddock with a seasoned crumb
topping.

Stuffed Sole    19-
filet of sole stuffed with chunks of
lobster, scallops and shrimp topped
with a mediera lobster cream sauce.

Stuffed Porkloin    18-
grilled center cut porkloin stuffed with a cornbread
stuffing then topped with melted jalépeno pepper-
jack cheese. underlined with a homemade bourbon
bar-b-que sauce.

Vegetable Stir-Fry    13-
seasonal vegetables stir-fried & tossed in a sweet
& spicy teriyaki with rice.
